About Organized Labor
Since February 1900, the San Francisco Building & Construction Trades Council has been publishing Organized Labor, a print newspaper dedicated to covering issues relevant to the local building trades of San Francisco as well as the most important happenings in labor in the Bay Area, nationwide, and globally.
This council is proud to say that Org Labor is the longest continuously published U.S. labor newspaper west of the Mississippi. We encourage anyone who’s interested in keeping tabs on relevant news among the Bay Area’s unions and in the wider world of labor to visit this website regularly and to subscribe to our paper for full coverage. The newspaper is supported by our subscribing affiliates and advertisers.
Subscriptions to our monthly print edition of Org Labor are available for only $30 a year. Use the form below or email orglabor@sfbctc.org if you’d like to subscribe to the print edition or to our free monthly digital edition.
