On Thursday, March 6, we returned to the Potrero Power Station jobsite to document the finishing touches being put on the Sophie Maxwell Building, a residential tower that’s part of the larger megaproject by developer Associate Capital.

We found a wide variety of tradespeople finishing off the interiors of the wrapped building, as well as a number of others prepping adjacent power station land for builds that are on the way in the near future.

In these photos, you’ll see everyone from operating engineers to electricians and more hard at work bringing both the Sophie Maxwell Building and the larger Potrero Power Station site together.
